| Global Realty Connection Global Realty Connection is an international network of commercial real estate brokerages operated and controlled by Justus Hauser and Thomas Wahl. Justus is a German national with a background in financial asset management and real estate. He has operated internationally and has been based in Mexico for the last 13 years. He operates a real estate brokerage in the Lake Chapala area. With his experience in sales, management and promotions, Justus oversees an extensive network of affiliated agencies and clients. Thomas is also a German national who has been active at the executive level in the hotel industry for many years in Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East working with Holiday Inns, Sheraton, Starwood, Shui On and large real estate development companies. In addition, Thomas served as a member of National Marketing Advisory Boards and provided assessments, marketing strategies, training, workshops and seminars throughout the hotel and hospitality industry covering areas like human resources, marketing, business assessment and operations. As part of his activities Thomas is active in the acquisition and development strategies for major international hotel assets in the U.S., Canada, Hong Kong, China, Egypt, Lebanon and other areas. These activities include sourcing potential projects, implementing development strategies, but most importantly a successful and profitable exit strategy. Network As a result of these activities and combining the real estate and hotel development experience of the partners, Global Realty Connection has built an effective network of worldwide partners that have access to qualified buyers and sellers of hotel related projects, ranging from exclusive smaller boutique properties to complete multi-property chains and exclusive signature hotels. Individuality The partners understand that each property is unique and has different marketing requirements. Our objective is to understand an Owner’s precise objective in both buying and selling a property. This allows us to develop clear marketing and acquisition strategies. Marketing Some properties are marketed publicly via our network and affiliated web sites whereas others are handled in an extremely confidential manner and only exposed to a select group of potential investors. Confidentiality We have experience in dealing with confidential portfolios. If the owner of the asset does not want to publicly disclose a property for sale, a general description of the investment is exposed to investors that have demonstrated the ability to make these types of acquisitions. If an investor wishes to receive more information, the Owner is contacted with the details of the potential buyer. The Owner chooses whether or not they wish to provide additional information to this particular investor, but only if the investor has provided proof of funds.
